Bonk.io The Movie in 2019 was an animated independent film project by Bonkio Master that was based on the game Bonk.io. The plot essentially was that a player named PowerBonk wanted to be the best player in Bonk.io. His motivation was based on videos about people winning in the game. These plans however would be flawed because of a player named The White Star (who was secretly revealed to be vAZz), had the intention of once again DDoSing the game like Discoli had done. However these plans were exploited because of many of the players effort to prevent it, including PowerBonk who jumped into some sort of portal that was a representation of data being destroyed in the game itself.

The movie had 1.7k views over the course of 1 year since its release on July 29th, with 67 likes and 6 dislikes in the runtime of 58 minutes. However as established by the Bonk.io Community, this film was not well received. Most of the quality was poor, watermarks were common, the animation was sometimes repetitive, if not jarring to watch. Subtitle errors were also easy to notice. The sound was also poorly captured in most scenes. While the plot was essentially the only feature that kept the film standing, to a degree it did not have an iconic feel to the game. It even limited the cast of characters and use of maps. Most of the scenes featured only lobbies which made watching the first movie somewhat boring. The worst part was that the world, which was supposed to be Bonk.io also had other environments which were unexplained. The heaviness for bonk.io players was missing, the way the players moved on-screen was not really bouncy, and the physics in the movie were sometimes nearly bizarre and unexplainable.
Sometime around July 2020, the movie was deleted and scrapped along with the planned sequel due to a request of reviews and votes on discord for a remake, back in April 2020.
