Evil ban is an American map maker, and one of the six curators for the picks list. Now, he is only semi-active in the bonk.io community and game itself, but still plays classic/arrows and adds maps to the picks list from time to time.
He has been playing since June of 2017, primarily through his account "tom_22". His main account, "Evl ban" was created in early 2021.
His Maps[]
Evil ban uses a simplistic design for his maps. The names, the color schemes, and the mechanisms of his maps are minimalistic and clean. Also, his logo/emblem resembles a hollow heptagon (or septagon), which is on almost all the maps he has made. This was confirmed to be inspired by Time G's hexagon logo. As of December 28th 2024, Evil ban has received around 40,000+ upvotes throughout all of his maps, with "Beware of Candy Cane" receiving the most upvotes at 5,600. Finally, his maps have made 18 appearances on the Picks List so far (2 maps were deleted that he added himself).

His Curating[]
Evil ban is one of the six curators on bonk.io. As of December 28, 2024, he has curated 142 maps. His curating techniques include using the Hot List to find maps, the Bonk Community Discord server to look at published maps, and historical knowledge from the flash-based version. His descriptions vary but usually give a brief overview of the map or the objective of it. In addition, he created lists of maps that he thought should be added to picks, good maps already on picks, and many other map and mapmaker statistics. This list is currently inactive.
