Maks2R is Russian mapmaker whose map mechanisms are complex and hard to understand. The most significant mechanisms are the SB mechanism and the RB mechanism. They are the most playable, but there are auxiliary ones. These are triggers or FPB mechanism. SB and FPB mechanisms are linked by a platform that has no dynamics. Similar simple mechanisms can be found in some maps. However, these are more complicated.



One type of such mechanism is RB mechanics. This type of mechanism works by altering the parametre of the bounce. I managed to understand one of these simplest mechanisms of this type. Process of creation:

1. First you need to create a platform and set it to rotate, bounce 1 and density 1. This rotator is at the very bottom, and it must rotate the whole mechanism

2. Next, a rotator with bounce 0 and density 1. It serves as a conductor with the next rotator.

3.Then, a rotator with a bouniness of -1 and a density of 0.01. Such bounce absorbs unnecessary vibrations, and such a density consumes less energy.

4. For the mechanism to work, you need to create a counterweight. Create a small ball in the platform of the neutral rotator and lower it to the bottom.

Another type is SB mechanism. The main element of this mechanism is a spring, whose length = 0. If you just create such a spring in the editor, then it will simply twitch and there is no sense in it. But other properties appear in the mechanism as well. When the mechanism is activated, the player is able to influence from a distance without exerting effort.

Process of creation:

1. First you need to create a spring and set the parameters: length = 0 bounciness = 1. It is necessary to turn the spring 90 or -90 degrees, as the mechanism works well only on the X axis.

2. It is necessary to create a platform without dynamics inside the spring.

3. Create a platform without dynamics to retreat so that there is a working area of ​​the mechanism. When the spring touches this platform, the mechanism is activated.

4. Create a platform without dynamics outside the mechanism. This action is optional, the spring always goes to the right, but if you need to the left, then this action must be done.

5. Create one more element in the spring platform and remove it from the mechanism area. The player can influence it.

This mapmaker has played this game for a very long time. He was first seen in 2016. Although he is not a very active player, he has a level of 117. Also, this is the only mapmaker who continued making maps after getting his maps removed by a hacker.
