The News is a feature within the original, Flash based Bonk.io, and has been carried over to HTML5 recreation of Bonk.io, being present during the recreation's development as well, being in all versions of Bonk 2 Alpha and Bonk 2 Beta. It is accessible through each version of the game's Main Menu.
Purpose[]
Being a feature since the initial release of the original Bonk.io, on April 8th 2016, it tells players whenever changes have been made to the game. Generally, only notable changes that pertain to changes within Bonk's code are mentioned. The entry list is presumably updated by Chaz.
How to Use[]
Upon opening the News from the Main Menu, it by default shows to the latest entry. There are left and right arrows below the entry to navigate between the entries. (left moves it to the previous entry, right moves it forwards an entry). There is also a timestamp on every entry. Lastly, to exit, simply press the "X" on the top right of the entry box on Bonk 2, or to press the backwards arrow at the top right of the screen within the original Bonk.io.
