The Blue Blur is a Scottish mapmaker and hacker. He mostly uses his hacks for fun and to amuse his friends, rather than for any 'sinister purposes'. His best maps include: The Colorful Arena #3, ORIGINAL template spiral, Sonic Forces, idk, Bubble Garden and USE THE FORCE GANDA. The map 'idk' was once a hacked map where the world scale was very small, but Chaz patched the exploit and it is now just a normal map. He is also a member of the BCD Discord server and was formerly one of its most active members. He has the Map Creator role.

He has a collab account with Nix812 named The Blue Nix, and they made several collab maps. In 2017, they created backgrounds that were only obtainable through hacks. They created a map series called The Colorful Arena. The series had 10 maps. The best known map in that account is The Colorful Arena (#1), with 1.6k upvotes. Nix made the first version of the map, and The Blue Blur hacked it to make people pass through it. Chaz later patched the hack and added backgrounds to the game.

His level has been reset at least once, since he used the 2016 version of Bonk Leagues.
