Time G is a well-known Canadian mapmaker within the HTML5-based Bonk.io, making maps that are usually PvP or Mechanism orientated. His most famous map, Volleyball (a take on the 2 team ball concept), has over 15k upvotes. In addition, he has over a dozen maps featured on the Picks List.
Maps[]
Time G's maps are generally regarded to be among the higher quality maps in Bonk.io (HTML5 based) that are a wide variety of different styles from team sports to static PVP maps. Most of his maps include his logo, a hexagon, usually named "⬡", "⬢", or "⬣" in the editor.
Time G's maps are typically very organized in the editor, making it easy for somebody that isn't too acquainted with the editor to understand what is happening. The spawns in the editor are usually renamed to include an invite to his Discord server, and depending on the map, a special message.
With all maps combined, Time G has over 135k upvotes, one the highest of any creator in the current Bonk.io.
Influence[]
Introduced to the game in November of 2020 to bonk2.io, Time G made a name for himself among the HTML community for making maps that would immediately gain traction to the top of the hot list as the bonk2 community was small at the time, and 50 likes on a map was all it took. These maps would typically be completely grayscale and titled with spaces (for example, "h e i g h t s . . ."); the spacing and grayscale changed after his first month of making maps as you could not search for spaced names, and the grayscale looked unpleasant to Time G.
The map "Volleyball" was released on the same day that Flash Bonk and Bonk2 merged getting almost 5k likes in a single day, making it one of the most popular maps of the time, with many lobbies dedicated to the map being made.
Relationship with Hexagons[]
Time G's history with hexagons started when he was making a skin, and was frustrated with the fact that the skin editor didn't have a hexagon shape, so he suggested in the BCD to add it. This started him to ramble in-game about how hexagons need more attention and love, this rambling eventually lead to the insanity and obsession over hexagons as he started to add them in his maps, skins, and areas outside of bonk such as his social media profile pictures.
This obsession with hexagons can be seen in Time G when anything about hexagons are mentioned. More curiously than Time G's obsession with hexagons is his hatred of pentagons. The origins of this have been speculated to have formed out of jealousy of the fact that there are pentagons in the skin editor, but not hexagons.
